Privacy Policy

Last updated: April 11, 2026

This policy describes how the Inward mobile application (“Inward”) treats information when you use the app. Inward is an iOS app for browsing your photo library using on-device views and filters (such as feeds and grids).

Photos and on-device data

Inward uses Apple’s Photos framework to show images and videos you already store in your library. Processing needed to arrange and display your media happens on your device. We do not operate Inward as a service that uploads your photo or video library to our servers for browsing.

What we do not use this policy to replace

Apple controls how iOS and the Photos library permission prompts work. Your choices in Settings and the system permission dialog apply before and alongside anything described here.

Beta (TestFlight)

If you install Inward through Apple’s TestFlight program, Apple may collect crash logs, usage information, and feedback according to Apple’s privacy policies. That collection is governed by Apple, not by this page alone.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do.

For privacy questions about Inward, reach out through the contact options provided with the app distribution (for example, the App Store or TestFlight listing), if available.
